I was up there yesterday -- not a soul around except me.   I spent an hour or so breaking in a couple new pistols.

There are some REALLY huge piles of mined rock in the middle of it making the "width" for the line rather narrow.  On the right side there's a good 200+ yard line of sight but it's only about 20-25 yards wide.

Shoulda brought a camera...

Well then I think I'll go there today.  Bro-in-law got himself an HK USP40 and wants to try it out.  I"ll bring a camera and post some pics.

All that pile needs is a bit of Tannerite!

Holy crap.

Hey...we could play king of the hill!

I think I'm taking the M16 out tomorrow after work, do a little New Years noise. I need tracers though!!! The pit I was using has boulders accross the entrance now, too many mags to carry in. If anybody is out that way your welcome to try it out. Bring ammo, no Wolf of federal PD ammo. Its an A1, so 55gr is best.

This looks as though its the processed stuff that they will be carting away.
Be nice and don't pollute their product with lead and garbage -- I suspect it will dissapear after the new year weekend.

So I take my Bro-in-law up there and bring a 6920, a 6721 and a case of Tannerite.  He loves the AR's and wants to get one when he gets home.  Guess what.. he lives in Sacramento.  I tell him it will be hard finding one to buy around there.  I left it way open for him to find out himself how fucked the laws are south the border.  Wait until he comes back up for a visit and I have the Tac-16 on the end of one and decides he wants one of those as well

BTW, his USP 40 was pretty cool too.  I'll have some full cap. mags for him when he comes back up in a few months.
