Anyone know of a place/person who allows killing of groundhogs and other varmints in and around Georgia.  I miss blasting prarie dogs.

You can come over to my house and shoot the neighbor's cats.

Is there a crazy cat person living next door?  How many cats?

3 or 4, but I presume there are more on the way.  They were howling outside my house a few weeks ago.  They kill the birds at our feeders in the back yard.  I've hit them with super soakers enough time that they are real skittish.  I need to find a stand off weapon that will discourage their presence, but won't land me in the pokey.  

Another option would be buying a threaded barrel and a can from Book.  SSS.
