I through a dart at a the calendar and that's where it hit.

Anybody interested?

I checked with Guy Sharp, and he said that it will be sunny, but not too sunny, the temperature will be just right, and the ~~Do Nothing Rednecks~~ DNR officers are all gonna call in sick that day.

I hate to be blunt but, people have things to do during the week and - you will see a drastic cut in interest and attendance if you place it on a weekday...

Sorry, I can't add. Let's see 4 + 7 = 11. Had to use my calculator. How 'bout Saturday the 11th? Sorry for the corn-fusion.

I haven't hit the lottery yet, so I have to slave away at the salt mines during the week too.

I went to Charlie Elliot a couple of weeks ago. There was me and one other guy on the 100 yd range. I was at far left and he was on the far right. I do a little shooting and happen to look over and the asshat is pointing his weapon down the firing line at me. I scream "DON'T YOU EVER POINT A GUN DOWN THE FIRING LINE!". The dumbass says "Its not loaded". I said "I DON'T GIVE A SHIT I HAVE HAD UNLOADED GUNS GO OFF!" He got his stuff and left. Took the fun right out of it!

I've been wanting to do one of these for awhile, but I am so socially inept, I've manged to find a reason not to go to all of them. I would be up for the one on the 11th unless my 8 year old is having her birthday thing that day.

OK, here is your chance, opportunity is knockin'! I remember my first ARFCom outing, I drove to CE and left all my junk in the trunk and walked down the pistol and rifle ranges. It was my first time at CE too. Anyway, I remember some of the screen names of people that said they where going to be there and I found some guys with black rifles and gave them the super secret ARFCom high sign. Well, no, we don't have a secret high sign, but wouldn't that be sweet?!?! Dis-irr-unregardless, I spoke up and talked to someone with an AR(I cannot remember who now) and introduced myself, went back to the truck and got my gear. I shot for shit that day, as it turns out Wolf ammo is not too accurate, plenty dirty though.

So do not hesitate, make your plans and come on out, you will meet alot of good guys and maybe a few ok guys. You do not even need a gun or even an AR, if you are reading this it is too late for you!

I've got a friend coming from Australia, one of the few on the Aussie High Power team. If possible does anyone want to meet us there on Friday, Feb. 24th? All I've got is that boring old high power stuff, and I'm sure he'd like to shoot something else. I'll supply plenty of ammo as long as I know what to bring, and none of it will say wolf.

I-20 exit 82. Cracka Barrel on one side, hOOters on the other, convenient! I think we get there around 8ish to eat and chat and then leave in time to get to the range by 9:30 to setup for 10:00 range hot. I could be completely wrong on the times though.
