No, I'm not in any trouble!

My Father and I are planning to start a black powder cannon company and we're looking to confer with an attorney who perhaps specializes in legal issues regarding liability, possible SC and NC statutes pertaining to manufacture and sale thereof, crafting a disclaimer and so on.
We would also be forming an LLC.
I inquire here because I believe that finding an attorney who is a sportsman or well versed in firearms law would be a huge plus.

I know that black powder replicas aren't subject to the same regulations that modern firearms are, but we want to cover all the bases and limit our liability as much as possible.

I think we'll also be seeking the assistance of a web designer as well, so if you know anyone, I would be interested in that as well.

Any recommendations?

Don't have a recommendation but sure do have an interest in a size large noise maker.
