OK, Its been too long since the last trigger time, so I am going shootin @ Finger Lakes/Rocky Forks north of Columbia. Will be bringing the steel plates and pistol/shotgun poppers. Open invite to any that want to join. I haven't had a chance to shoot the new K-31 yet.

BWT.. AFT finally charged me $30 on the 19th so the C&R should be following soon. Poor house time.

I think i found a peice of metal in my ammo can belonging to what was at one time a 1987 chevy P/U hood, anyone know how that got there? Did anyone else get a souvenier? And to think, no one got hurt in the dangerous environment I created, must of been sheer luck!

What kind of filler can i use to plug up those .50 BMG holes in the targets?

Bet i know what RSTEIN talked about all the way home, poor BOB.

tell me about it, the whole way home he had this spaced out look on his face and all i kept hearing was this faint muttering....."50BMG,50BMG,50BMG......" , the XD was ready in case he decided to try and make his move

Wayne, thanks for a great day of shooting, i think i had more fun today than i can remember while shooting in a long long time.

I have shot it before and i aint doin it again, i wil stick to my little .22's, 223's, 9mm's and maybe a 30-06 but the .50 cal rnd was never intended to be a shoulder fired rnd and i intend to never put myself threw the abuse again, it hurt my nose!

I liked shooting it from the shoulder. I felt the recoil was very little more than a 3" mag shotgun round.

I WILL have a .50BMG ....   someday...
