Anybody know of a business entity that does these regularly?  Carpet & pad over concrete slab.  

I could DIY and fumble my way through it or just pay somebody who has done it dozens of times to do it right.  Trying to weigh my options.

It shouldn't be that hard to do. Just need a drill that can handle the concrete bit though. I'd rather do it myself. Hiring someone just lets at least one more person know where the good stuff is located.
