I have a family member in AL looking to pick up their first ar15 lower. Can you recommend any gun store in the Mobile/Saraland area I should direct them to for a stripped lower?

Stone Arms or Mobile shooting center are great near Mobile.

A stripped lower for the first AR-15?  Unless he is mechanically inclined and knows exactly what he wants, then I would not recommend that course.
