Just checking, buying a gun from an Indiana resident.  I'm in NY (the cold war ended, but the iron curtain remains...) and although our FFL's can receive from anyone, we are not allowed to ship pistols without using a FFL.

Thanks in advance.

A non-FFL can ship directly to an FFL. They can't use USPS though, they'll have to use FedEx or UPS, thats a postal regulation.

Cool. I'll send the guy one of my Fed Ex air bills, and a Fed Ex ground air bill, so he can ship the FRAME per their "next day" requirements, and everything else Ground, or three day select.

I thank you.
