Indiana property taxes.
I got my reassesment, but haven't seen yet what I owe yet.
My friend says that they are now going to be due in Dec. sometime now.
Just talked to my old college roomate further downstate and he says people are getting theirs and are in sticker shock.
Anyone out here got any info to share?

If you live in a mobile home or an older home in a decent neighborhood, chances are your taxes are going up.

Ours jumped $900.00 a year. There's no rhyme or reason to it. There was no formula to plug in to estimate it. It hasn't gone out yet as the politicians are debating it.  They're just doing that because it's right before election time.  After the elections, the greedy no good back stabbing bastards will shove it down our throats. In some cases it will force elderly residents to sell their homes.  Luckily for our worthless POS mayor his taxes went down.
