It is dumb as hell that they are shooting themselves in the foot. Not like St Paul's nightlife is that busy anyway.

It will just drive people further out.

St Paul has ANY nightlife? You mean that time after the sun goes down and before 7pm?

The Gov just got a new state paid for SUV....so they would be breaking their own laws if they banned SUV's, assuming of course the Governments actually abided by their own laws they pass
