They went up $11.00 a carton when that bullshit "user fee" was enacted, that is a little more than $.75 cents

Far less than what they steal from us via legal taxes for government handouts to the fine citizens of ~~Illinois~~ South Minneapolis.

I am not a big fan of smoke/smoking- frigging reeks to me, but this "fee" is pure BS..Next will be a fee on beer for DWI losers, and "fee" for fast food fatasses, fee for everything they can think of. It is just another BS tax

How big's the surplus?

Don't forget that it wasn't just the 75cent "Fee". There was some other tax that went in for 26 cents or something. I forget what that was for, but that's why your carton went up $11, not $7.5.
