a friend purchased a pistol as a Florida resident from another resident in a private sale. No paperwork or 4473 or whatever is done. How does he handle it when he moves back to CT next month?
Need some TL;Dr type responses. Thanks law-bros!

He plans on getting his permit. So a random check let's say. Serial number is not linked to his name. No big deal. If he's got hide CP? ETA It's a G17 Lol Probably get more heat fir the magazines !! |
