The upper is almost certainly a preban build, certain parts like the plastic Delta ring I've only ever seen on pre-94 builds. I'm almost certain it's a preban, but looks like I'll be stuck hanging onto it until I can figure it out

Family member just went through this yesterday, it looks like he's stuck with it unless it goes to a dealer or someone exempt. He has a Sporter (pre '94) that is a registered AW and DPS said he is unable to transfer to peasants.
