Found an unfired Winchester model 70 safari express in 375 at Cabelas in Hamburg. Ive been trying to find one of these rifles for almost 6 months and everyone I find is 6-700 over average sale price.

Who else enjoys North America's largest native tree fruit, the paw paw?
 My trees in central CT are just starting to ripen. This is the first year with significant fruit being produced as the trees are young - I planted 2 foot high shoots back in 2015. Last year only had 2 fruits total (on one tree). It looks as though this year I'll have around 75-100 between the 4 trees. The MPS is like the Aimpoint Acro 2 in that they have totally enclosed emitters. Bargain costs in my mind for what you get. Got 2 pistols, 2 MPSs, 2 mounting plates, 4 10rd mags (couldn't keep the 17s), mounting, shipping and tax for an when $2k. If you're into Glocks, check one out. |

A friend of mine is a knifemaker under the name Fallbrook Forge. He makes really nice, well made, well designed and durable fixed blades and now axes. He uses a variety of steels and handle materials so you have a lot of choices.
The axe is 80CrV2 like Winkler and my fixed blade is a take on a kephart style blade in Vanadis 8. This is a super steel that is a bitch to work with. He went through a shitload of diamond belts. 😆 He also does his own kydex.  Attached File Attached File |
