Thanks man I'm just hoping shortening the barrel won't cause any function issues.

Car wash day with Zeke. He's inspecting the hole he just bit into the hose. "That's weird, water wasn't coming out of there before I bit it."

Antilock brakes are awesome.  I can go faster into corners, brake later and still follow the apex.  Almost as good as a LSD.

If you don't like Antilock, you don't know how to drive fast.

When you're ditch hooking while left foot braking with your right foot hard on the throttle tell me how great that anti-lock braking is.

That's beautiful man. pure badass.
Is that an 1100? it's hard to tell from the photo. That's the exact project I was going to do, but did not, because I didn't want to put some crappy engraving on a mint 1100 receiver. I would think your's is likely to function well, given the engineering of it.

Thanks man! I picked the 1100 up from a good buddy that's here on Arfcom for a skeet gun.

It is an 1100. I engraved the receiver because I have no intention of selling it but engraving the barrel is always an option, just and FYI. I'll try to get better pics of the stock engraving and the engraving done by "engrave your gift" in New Britain.

Restoration was in 94 , so it's showing some wear, but still nice. True Malibu ss chevelle but the original 283 and powerglide is gone. Has a solid roller big block 396 in it now with a th350 . Mild cam, aluminum radiator, holly 750, edelbrock intake, hooker headers with flowmasters. Owner said around 415 hp. I think that's accurate.

That's much better than any matching number crap.

I have a 1987 RX-7 Turbo that I put an injected GM 305 in about 17 years ago.  It's nothing sophisticated, but I like it.

Th350 can handle it . It was built prior . Already has 12 bolt. But a 10 can handle this kind of power too

When you let the wine sit in the carboy the sediment from the grapes falls to the bottom.

So you bottle up the clear stuff and try not to disturb the sediment.

I'm drinking the bottom stuff with all the micro particles of grapes and stuff

Ah you kids and your fancy ideas.  For all of the anti-ABS fans.  Two things:

1.  Check your insurance policy.  Safety features such as ABS are a determining factor in the price of your coverage.  Lying about having it or disconnecting it could lead to....

2.  You being shit out of luck in the event of an accident, no matter who caused it.  Insurance companies always look first as to how they can get out of paying and disconnecting a safety feature is a great way for them to get there.

Happy Motoring

That is true. They generally have 3 different classifications: OEM, customized, modified.

Deleting ABS falls under modified. Most 1992 Corrados came with ABS, including mine (the SLC, "Sport Luxury Coupe"). It was the first year ABS was used in the Corrado (and maybe by VW as a whole, but I don't know that for sure), and is a largely primitive design prone to failure. Mine failed, and so away it went.

Because racecar.
