Hey guys quick question. I'm in ok. Doing some work here and was thinking about buying an Apple Watch but the closest bestbuy is 1hr away so now I'm wanting another pistol. Can I as an out of state resident buy a pistol in Oklahoma? I ask because you can't do that in Louisiana. Thanks for any info

Not that I'm aware of. Only exception is active duty with orders. You can buy but it'll have to be shipped to an FFL in your home state.

Yes but shipped by the dealer to your dealer in your state.

you can't take delivery.

you can buy it and have it transferred to your home FFL in Texas and pick it up there.
