My wife decided to watch the Oscars tonight. She has a much higher tolerance for "atristic endeavors" than I do. From what little I watched, those artistic endeavoers seem pretty poor.
WTF is a movie like "Brokeback Mountain" being nominated for best movie????????
It can't be the public that thinks it's that great?
Just out of curiosity, has anyone seen "I Walk the Line'? And is it any good?

Just a bunch of hollywood sycophants patting each other on the backs, invariably the movie they choose as Best Picture is lousy, and that piece of garbage Syriana, well...wh know what kind of idiot Clooney is.

I watched "Walk the Line" yesterday....It gets a resounding "meh" from me.

I'm not asking for my 135 minutes back, but I'm not gonna run home & watch it again.
