I didn't want to derail the other thread any more than it was and I was thinking about this one anyway because of somehing that someone else said in another thread.

Anyway the most likely thing to land me in jail is my kids I cant tell you what i'd do cause then it would be premeditated but when it comes to my kids .............pity the poor bastard because I dont have a consious

now I don't know how many of ya'll have young children that live with their mothers, but I do, and everyday when I wake and before I sleep, I pray to God that they are safe and that their mothers are protecting them from any harm, cause I know if anything did, then I couldn't rely on our justice system to do what was neccessary, and in any case, whatever was done wouldn't be of much comfort since the damage would have already been done.

What is funny about the DHS is that a kid can be in the process of being beat to death like poor little Kelsey and they will let it continue. But if some ex makes a false accusation of child molesting - it happens a lot - they will cause an innocent person go through hell. Just the accusation and an investigation is enough to ruin an innocent person's life, not to mention the legal expenses that can be occurred.
ACman, when it comes to kids, I am a lot like you. Even now, concerning Kelsey, I would love to know the case worker's name, his/her boss's name, and all the details of THOSE WHO LET IT HAPPEN. That video with both of her legs broken should have been enough to stop it!
I can see how you would go to jail if someone hurt your children. I've never forgotten the Louisiana dad who popped his son's molester behind the ear with a 38 in the airport. The deputy sheriff has the scumbag handcuffed, the dad waited in ambush by pretending to be on the phone, and popped the guy just as he was going by. The father was arrested and tried and found innoncent! It seems neighbors and friends took up a collection for his legal defense. Plus the jurors might have been a wee bit biased!
All I can say is that the guy who beat Kelsey is going to have a really nice time in the joint. You can count on one thing, the cons will know what he did and they will have fun making him pay a "little extra" for his actions.
When it comes to children and those who hurt them, there is justice. But we can only hope it happens sooner than later.

Unfortunately things are changing from what I understand lots of prisons are now puting these lowlife fuckers in a special unit for sex offenders and shit so they don't get what they deserve in gen pop.......

Unfortunatly I hapen to know a scumbag who was molesting his daughter and from what I understand he's in a special unit "nothing but sex offenders" ......

The one saving grace was while he was in county before he made bail the guards tiped off some of the other residents and he got a pretty severe ass whiping to my understanding not near what he deserved but every little bit helps
