Need someone to check my research to see if I am correct.  I noticed that in Florida you only have to be 18 to receive a concealed carry permit. That also applies to nonresident permits. Virginia allows FL permits and FL nonresident permits. If I get a FL nonresident permit can I carry a concealed handgun in Virginia even if I am not 21?

here is the reciprocity agreement between VA and FL:  www.packing.org/state/documents/virginia_phpL3tPvK_fl_va_agreement.pdf

Point 3 says:  This Reciprocity Agreement applies only to the carrying of "handguns" by valid license holders who are at least twenty-one years of age from the respective state/commonwealth and not to any other types of weapons.

to me that says you have to be 21...but i could be wrong.
