So I knew we had some big names (relative to the industry) in firearms here.  What I did NOT know is how many we have until I started looking up places recently.  Here's a list of what we have so far:

yes but cheaper shipping, though i understand what you are saying. We get some jobs for Wi and their tax revenue, but no local discounts, they dont do the local shows or offer store fronts. So in the end there isnt much benefit for us. But it is still nice

There is no such place as the Dane County Compound.

Crane Technologies of Waukesha makes decent mounts and pintles.

He's a manufacturer of ammunition- that's a Type 06 FFL and he pays excise tax like any other manufacturer.

These guys: DEZ Arms were at the last Waukesha gun show. They are out of Adams and punch their own barrels. Not sure how much other work they do.

I'm surprised no one here has mentioned Midwest Indstries. Although theyre not a gun maker they are a pretty big name in the mount biz. Out of Waukesha.
