I've heard carrying pepper spray concealed counts just like a normal concealed weapon.

Can you have pepper spray accessible to you in your car in wisconsin? Or is that covered by the numerous idiotic gun laws as well?

In Wisconsin, you can conceal "legal" pepper spray on yourself or in your car if you are over 18.  The formula is limited to 10% without the dye.

 Yes you can..... just keep in mind that when the sun beats down on your car on a pressurized can of any sort.... well, you can lose a windshield.  Don't leave it in the sun!

And yes, I've seen the aftermath of it.
