I live in Monument. My realtor I used to buy my house here sucked, so I wouldn't recommend her. But let me know if you have questions about the area.

I used Brian Macker from ReMax. Was recommended to me by my BIL here and was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him.

2 Realtors I recommend and have experience.

Rob and Connie DeJong  (Husband and wife team, very professional and personable, a bit on the older/experienced side)
Scott Ignatius (very productive / successful guy, no BS, lots of experience)
