I have a Gemtech Halo suppressor that I would like to put on consignment with a good Class III dealer.

Gemtech Halo is a fast attach .223 suppressor. If you are in North CO you might want to try Jensen Arms in Loveland.

i think you can avoid transfer tax if both buyer & seller are in state
