It would be really cool if you guys made it a monthly practice to do some late afternoon / night shooting. I would try to make it.

I approve of making sure your shooting spot is good to go, but as a practical matter nobody is going to be randomly rolling up on a bunch of dudes shooting rifle drills in the middle of nowhere and hassling them.

I have never had a negative interaction with Forest Service over reasonable shooting on non-prohibited land.

Really fun time last night. Good to see new faces out as well!

As of now we are planning to do this again in 2-3 weeks if there is interest. So for those who havent made it out (Or those who want to go again) is there interest for the following:

Oct 7th or Oct 14th

Its getting into the wet season here so so we want to get in one more while its still nice.

EDIT: I'm still walking around with a mile wide smile. I'll try to not giggle like a little girl next time....But I cant promise anything.

I'll probably go again, got some new hangers and another stand. Really hoping my tnvc order comes by then, ordered before the first time we went out and they emailed me saying 3-4 weeks.

Would a suppressed, bumpfire, SBR, shooting tracers be ok in the AO? Just for the liberal heads exploding factor??

Skorpio if you want to head up I can meet everyone else and drive up there. I think that worked well last time and honestly I'm just here to give the directions up. I figure once people know where it is and are comfortable its just as easy to meet up at the shoot spot.

I'll be at Food Pavilion at 6. Right out the front door back of the parking lot. Red truck. Tinted windows.

My new setup is complete. I've tested it in the training bay at WCA and holy cow a six second mount is awesome under NODs. I was ready to sell that as "lightly used" but now it's a keeper

just need a holster for it
