Can you put a fence there or is it too inconvenient?

But the true question is... How high would the fence be??

That question would only come into play if you were shooting a live moving target.

It actually only comes into play when you are trying to keep things INSIDE the fence to shoot.

If you were to put steel pole in the ground and then hide it with wood and some no good ass wipe came by and ran it down hurting himself in the process you would be held accountable.

But it a worthy effort.

Had an old neighbor that was having problems with kids doing dounts in his yard, no ditch. He half buried some big f-ing rocks so they were about 10 inches out of the ground. He heard a crunch one night. The next morning there was a trail of oil from the rock going down the road. Took out the oil pan on the car. He even had the police come talk to him about it. His response was that "no sir, I did not put those rocks out there as a trap. That is just landscaping."
