I may be coming into the ownership of a barrett .50 in the next few months and wonder where the heck ya shoot these around here. I have shot one down in capitol forest and one out east but that's about it.
Probbably turn into a safe queen I know then I'll trade it for something else but it'll be fun for awhile and I can't pass up this deal.

how about a new twist to the question, I know it's been asked before but if you were to be given about 5k to go towards a gun what would it be?
I know I would chose more than one but I only get one so I figure a .50 is the best way to get there, mebbe a sig550? :)

I have wanted a .50 more for the shits and grins effect I guess and never figured it a reality, until now...

Bunny, I believe there would be a new cave in the hillside where the rock was.

I believe there are matches for 50s around here somewhere.

You mean one like this:

And there are matches held in Eatonville with the Fifty Cal Shooters Association...then there is the Cascade Rifle Range that is 600 yds. But, you may want to call about getting in unless you're a member.

C'Mon over to the far right, I mean red, meaning more free, (And Dry!) side of the state. I'm sure we can locate a few 1,000-1,500 yard locations.

I think you are both high as a kite!...

The only way that rock is going to come down is if myself or PCR are standing under it.
