Real basic "duh" requests. I may be out of line, but I don't think so.

Targets:
Bring stuff that you can clean up.
Leave your TVs and Computer monitors at home
Metal + Tannerite = bad

Chemicals:
Leave your drugs at home... Just because you think they should be legal, doesn't mean we want it around.
If you aren't a big drinker, don't try to be a showoff this weekend. Nobody wants to be an ambulance for you, and it's a long drive.
If you aren't of legal drinking age, you might not want to be drinking. Others may dissagree, thats fine, just don't tell me that you are underage, I don't feel like going to jail.

Firearms:
If it ain't legal in WA, I would reccomend not bringing it.

Remember, some attendees are LEO, don't put them in a position to have to be the "bad guy". Lets all have fun and stay safe.

1. No shavers allowed.

2. If you are packing and you are drinking, please secure weapon before the drinking starts.

3. If a person has retired for the night, leave them the fuck alone.

4. Don't sleep in another man's shitter!

Good stuff PCR!

Also, the news teased last night about the snow level dropping down to 500' on Sat. The pit is a bit above that I believe. (my house is 4-something).

I seriously doubt there will be enough accumulation to concern anyone, but dress for cold weather at any rate.

Also, if a real snowstorm does hit, I and /or others will travel the gravel part of the roads some, to look for missing known arrivals. Be smart, let folks know where you're at, don't try hiking to pavement if you get stuck or lost unless you're positive you know the exact way, etc., etc.,, all that jazz.

Last winter,

It started snowing 'bout 8pm and was very cold. Luckily 1GR offered me a bunk in the Love Shack, as I had no heater in my canopy. I like shooting in the snow, but bundle up to avoid sore throats.

1GR may have his running. If he is, likely on 14, since that's the channel the trucks run on.

Good idea to keep it there if you are headed up early on Fri... those guys are making a living, and don't need a road accident.

If they are working you will hear them give direction, road number, and mile marker.

ie.

"Loaded(meaning coming out) down the 144 at 5 and a half."

If you are coming in the 144 and at the 4... You need to start looking for a place to get off.

Remember they ALWAYS have the ROW.

It helps if you run with your lights on in the woods also.

This guy can see you earlier, and speed up to scare the shit out of you.
