Jerky:  9/10  Seemed to be especially good today!  Then again, I hadn't eaten since Friday.
AK mags:  6/10  Most were $15... some as low as $8.  Aftermarket crap-tastic 40 rounders priced at $15.
AR mags:  8/10  Those Taiwan military mags looked like a steal at $10.  Brand new, in plastic... I don't think there is a better range mag for the price.  Prices overall dropped considerably since the last show... but used USGI still too high.
SKSs:  4/10 Dripping is cosmoline for $119, Excellent and clean for $169.  There was a guy unloading them for $80 at the last show... hard to beat him.
Bulgy AKs:  Prices seemed to be dead-on.  There was a NIB Bulgy 74 for $429.
Preban ARs:  3/10  WEAK  I counted exactly 4 non-Colt pre-bans... no lowers.  One EA J-15 complete M4 was priced at $669 but he couldn't take a CC.  Shit, the upper alone was worth $450... it was brand new.  Overall prebans:  lame.
Eotechs:  9/10  Some of the best prices I've ever seen.
Pistol mags:  4/10  Good mix of aftermarket and factory mags... all of which seemed overpriced.  The internet has spoiled me, apparently.
Class 3 porn:  10/10   Good God in Heaven was there some Type II firearm porn today!  Possibly the high-point of my day.
People-watching:  9/10   Good quality in-bred types with glasses thicker than a Coke bottle.  A few gangsta types fingering some Hi-points.  People generally talking out their ass was in high-swing.


I have trouble NOT enjoying a gun show... so I suggest those who haven't gone take a swing by on Sunday.

I thought the show was great!

I got 5 chinese ak 30 rounders in great condition for $8.00 including tax each, 3 East German (some wear but excellent condition) for $6.00 each including tax.  I picked up 5 Century 30rnd AR mags marked LEO brand new in the plastic for $13.00 each including tax.  The best though was a PolyTech Legend ak slightly used without box or papers for $550.00 with tax!!!  I always wanted a poly....the milled reciever and all.....what a great buy (I think it was a good buy.........feedback on this please hough....

$0.50 flares & $5 aerial flares always a good find.  

I had originally planned to attend, but found what I was looking for at a gunshop 2 miles from my house, just before leaving for the show. A Beretta 92D with Hogue grip and factory 15rd mag for $379. No way in Hell I could have done that well at the show.

I scored a browning practical two tone for $430 out the door, in excellent condition (excellent = Are you SURE this is used??)

Due to mechanical difficulties with my car I was unable to attend.
The money I had planned to spend on ammo got spent on car repairs.

So when is the next Gun Show around here?  March?
