I so agree.  Even a welded-shut safety pin.  Or a tongue depressor.  According to a really good source, part of Daddy Greg's downtown revitalization was to have one of his uniformed agencies take all the homeless and panhandlers from downtown and dump them in the metrocenter office areas.  At the rate that rapes and other crimes went up there, I suspect there's some truth.
