I want to get a small amount of steel added to the action bars of my 870 shotgun. I'm thinking a good TIG welder should be able to do this without distorting or weakening the part. Can anyone here recommend someone in the East Valley to do this for me that wont cost an arm and a leg (its only a $300 shotgun) and/or wont take forever ?

I could do it for you. It will cost you a 6pack of mountain dew:) If the parts are CLEAN and not coated in parkarizing it should take about 2 minutes while you wait.

In Tempe if that's East enough.
