I'm going to bring a couple of cheapies for others to shoot if they want. First to let people experience the lower tier, second to put more round count on them to see if they break.

If one wants to experience a factory BCA 15 and Taurus g2c, this is your chance.

@safe1 how much paper fir targets do you need? As long I can drop it to someone I can provide a ton of paper that’s 30”x42” ish.

Time is running out. I have 100's of hours worth of prints in need of some "post processing". We'll see how much I can get done in the next 3 weeks.

Good news is, in the last month I've had 3 of 4 stamps approved and items out on bail.

FYI...If you are bringing a canopy, PLEASE bring tie downs (the screw-in dog stakes work great) or weight to hold the tent in place. We don't need the distraction or potential damage to vehicles, if we get a gusty wind.

Picked up two packs of brats and buns. Idk how many people are coming.

Those are neat. With ear pro on you don't realize how loud bullets hitting steel really are.

Holy dense fog!

Someone is going to have to park their car down range with the headlights on just so we have something to shoot at! For those with an early drive, be careful. Ashtabula Co has super dense fog.

On another note:

The boys built a couple more shooting benches yesterday by copying AFcarbon15's design.

No rain here. Yesterday we had a 70% chance, and we got a sprinkle around 1pm. Not enough to stop mowing. We will shoot no matter what, might be best to pack some WD40 in case firearms get a little damp.

It's showing a 20% chance at 11am, who knows if we actually see anything from it.

Glad everyone made it out and went home without any extra holes.

Thanks to the kids for torture testing the prints. Those seemed to be a big hit.

Maybe we can do it again later this year, cheap gun or rimfire only, milsurp?

Thanks everyone for being so kind to my California guests. After the first mag through my AR, my nephew was looking for the tool to change mags. A light went on when he realized no tool required in Ohio.

Thanks for all who shared their goodies with the kids and the young adults. Egads! My kids are getting big.

Also, thanks to everyone who brought food to share. I don't think anyone left hungry, unless they are vegetarians.

Will likely shoot for Father's Day weekend next year. We will know closer to the end of our 4-H year.
