Any activities in the fall around your area you like to do and would be worth a drive? Our favorite season is fall and we always hit up little festivals around us (west central Ohio) but am willing to drive anywhere in the state for fun activities.

We have two daughters (9&4). Good roads to drive to check out leaves? Hiking trails? Gal festivals? Would just like to travel outside of our normal events to try some new ones.

Medina County Fall Foliage Tour

The pioneers in the park stop at Buckeye Woods park is pretty cool for the kids.

Take a trip back in time at Buckeye Woods Park! There
is much to see and do including: demonstrations of
pioneer crafts and skills, historical re-enactors and
encampments, live music and entertainment, great
food, old-fashioned baseball games, and pioneer
activities and crafts for the little ones! Don’t miss out
on this unique and fun-filled event! Pioneers in the Park
is stop #1 on the Medina County Fall Foliage Tour. All
ages are welcome. No registration required. Free
admission.

Make sure you're up to date on your shots if you're going into Yellow Springs.

The Renaissance Festival is pretty fun, although it's kinda pricey, and it seems like you're constantly getting hit up by the performers to give them tips.

Hocking Hills is incredible in the fall, get there early though as it gets busy.

Also, Alley Park in Lancaster Ohio is nice.

If you do this, hike John Bryan and Clifton Gorge. Only about 3 miles from Yellow Springs.

Or... you could come drink a beer on my deck.

Doesn't get much better than that.

I believe you are correct.  I know the youtube channels about farming are gaining in popularity.  I subscribe to a few like Ohio Ag Net, How Farms Work, etc.
I've been fascinated by the equipment since I was a kid.

Hell my wife would tell you my urban backyard is practically a farm with my gardens, corn patch, fruit trees and chickens

It's a haul from NE Ohio, but Lewisburg haunted cave is amazingly fun.

45 minutes in a closed mine.  They've been running this every year for 35 years now. It is the best haunted house I have ever been through. There are probably 50 plus actors in side. There are small lakes within the minds that you cross over on floating Bridges. There are lasers, there's a pickup truck with a mounted 50 cal driving around shooting over your head. There are mechanical monsters breathing fire, and of course Satan.

Get ready for the trip to Florida. Best fall activity I can think of around here.
