Jackson Jr., 20, was charged in an indictment handed up Friday with carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, both fourth-degree felonies.
Jackson is set for an Aug. 4 arraignment in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Jackson has been free on a personal bond since his first appearance in Cleveland Municipal Court after his arrest last month. Jackson was the passenger of a Ford pick-up truck that was blocking traffic on Green Court near East 40th Street about 4:30 p.m. June 9, according to court records. I was shocked they charged him, will be happy if he goes to lockup..
He lives with the mayor, and is protected way too much The whole family is a bunch of idiots and when frank opens his mouth I can't tell if he's retarded or what sometimes. Hopefully he gets kicked out during the election, but some of those running aren't much better. |
