Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - looking for FFL in San Diego area for stripped lowers transfers, please help.

my sister lives in San Diego and she wants to buy a non-named stripped AK47 receiver, (specificaly, a ewbanks)

Does anybody know of a ffl who is willing to do the transfer. I talked to a few, but I hit a brick wall when I mention "ak47"

I have an ffl here in oklahoma, with a  few AK receivers, ready to ship to her, bu tI can't seem to find an ffl willing to do the transfer.

Please help...
