Twinkies don't go in the b.o.b. They go in any loose areas of your escape car. Like inside the dashboard, inside the seats, between panels. They can't go bad, and a little extra cushioning was never a bad thing in an accident

For me, some canned food, 2 bottles of jic water, 357 revolver unless its a range day with a box of ammo, a change of clothes, emergency blanket. small flashligh with a few extra common batteries. and bugspray - the must have that everyone in Florida forgets lol Know I'm leaving stuff out but that's what happens when i arfcom at work

I don't need a bug out bag, I have guns. If there is a crisis and I need something, I can take it from those that don't have guns. If there is no food I can shoot people and eat them.
