My employer has a sizeable inventory of a housewrap product we imported from Italy a couple years ago. We are a roofing manufacturer and thought our natural contacts within the industry would allow us to move this product but it has not happened. At this point we're looking to unload it just for what we have in it.
This is a very breathable yet watertight housewrap product. Compare to Tyvek or the like, although we have test data showing that this material is considerably more breathable than Tyvek. With the mold scare today a breathable housewrap is a plus. The brand name printed on it is Bre-Tek. It is made by a company called Texbond although I couldn't find that brand on their site (www.texbondspa.com) .
We have in stock:
470 rolls @ 9' length
40 rolls at 4.5' length
Either roll has 150 feet of material on it (so the 9' rolls hold 1350 sq. ft. and the shorter ones are half that).
We need $80 each for the 9' rolls and $40 each for the 4.5' rolls. That's $39,200 for the whole load, or a little less than 6 cents a square foot.
Obviously it's going to take a pretty major player to take this all in one load. We'd rather not split it up at this time.
