Okay, I'm realy just tossin out a fealer here. I realy don't want to sell it, but I could use the lute for future baby crap. So, mostly for sale, but will entertain trade +cash offers. Anyway, it's a '92 LX 5.0 with a MANUAL trans (5spd) and the pony wheels. It has some body issues, but NO cancer at all. The mileage is 65,000ish give or take a k (actual). I will look and post it to the mile when I get home on Wed. The interior is probably the cleanest you will find anywhere unless it was restored or bought new and sat. It has a pretty killer stereo system. The tires have less then 100 miles on them. I noticed before I left that the one front tire even still has the sticker on it. New front struts, wheel bearings, rotors, and breakes as of 3-12-06. I have new rear shocks, just didn't have a chance to put them on. It also has a 3:73 rear that was installed before I got the car. As far as the motor goes, with the exception of the cold air intake and mass air unit, it is bone stock. Now the needs......not much. The trans mount is going bad or is bad. When you shift hard or go over seriouse bumps you can feel the tail stock smack the floor under your ass. The speedo gear just took a crap, for wich I already have the replacement. The car was driven less then 400 miles since it stopped spinning. The air works, but needs to be recharged. The car overall is awesome, and you would be hard pressed to find one better without dishin out some seriouse lute. I have a new exhaust system I just bought from Summit last week. Long tube headers, BBK H-Pipe, and Flowmaster American Thunder Stainless cat back system. I will sell it with car for $500 to the person that buys it. I will lose out, but I figured the difference would cost me that to ship the system back if I sold the car. Otherwise, it still has the original cats and Flowmaster cat back system with stainless tails already on it (mufflers are starting to rust out thought). For the car, I would like $5k o.b.o. And, detailed pics are available to seriouse inquirers. Or, come and look at it any time (I'm in the metro Detroit area).
Hatch or Notch? HATCH
What color? RED
What color interior? RED
What type of "body issues"? Small spots of surface rust starting and a dent
What constitutes a "pretty killer stereo system"? Pioneer Head, Speakers, Subs, Amp**UPDATE 3-16**
Trans mount is fine, the right side of the cross member has rotted away. I already have a new cross member and trans mount on the way. So, those will be new. It is strange though, because there is not one bit of rot anywhere on the vehicle, except the tubular part of that cross member. Oh well, it will be new now.
