I'm interested in an HK type rifle in .223 but I'm looking for a shooter, not a safe queen. I don't abuse 'em, but I use 'em!

Is it worth my while to pay the extra cash for a preban (maybe 95% condition or so) or will the Vector be just as good as a shooter?

Is the polymer trigger group housing an issue? Does it wear out quicker, break easier or make it harder to do trigger work?

Thanks!!!

If you really plan on shooting it a lot, Id get the Vector. No reason the beat up a $3k firearm when you can just apy $900 and have almost the same thing.

My V93 has been great, 1500rds through it so far no problems. Thats all semi though if you plan on getting a sear, the story might change.

never seen or shot a Vector.......but I have a pair of HK93's and I love them dearly. You can find them under $2000, just takes some waiting/looking. I think its one of those guns you can shoot the crap out of and its still gonna be worth as much or not more down the road., not sure if this will be the case with the Vector....I suspect not.

but either way I think you will like the 93

Unless you want to be a collector $1100 bucks buys alot of ammo and mags. Same product - service and parts from US source - Vector.

24K,

I see your point...having a warranty from a credible US company is worth something...thanks!

I have a V93, and could'nt be happier with it. It's ran 100% since day one, hell a real HK could'nt have performed any better.
