Will standard HK MP-5/ HK-94 front stocks fit on the Vector V-53? If not, where is a good place to find an HK53 front handguard with either a single or triple rail system?

I was wanting to buy the Bruegger and Thomet handguard but I'm not sure if it will work.

Thanks

53 parts are getting scarce, and consequently, more costly.

Here's a good source; hkspecialist.net/ He's not the cheapest, but he usually has the goods.

Here's another, also very good.

If you change out the Vector front hand guard for a foreign one you will have one less US made part and that will make your rifle illegal.

If you have registered your V-53 as a NFA weapon then you don't need to worry about it.

Surefire is US made, right?

[Sarcasm]
The ATF has really been cracking down on the US parts count!

I hear that they'll send in black helicopters, kick down your door, shoot your dog, and detail strip your weapon if they even suspect you of breaking the US parts count...

Just Kidding...

Go NFA and you don't have to worry about it...
