Found a good deal on a used green wide forearm, but do not want green.

I have read some threads on other sites but was wondering if anyone here has done it.

I have a PTR91 and wonder if the color will match the stock.

What is the best method and will I need to disassemble the forearm?

Any imput is welcome.

TIA

Seydou

Thanks Osprey.

I read that thread and another that suggests putting the pans in the oven instead of on the stove to hold heat.

What I am really wondering is if the dye job will work on the material of a HK91 forearm.

Thanks again.

To be honest, if I were you, I'd "Aluma-Hyde" it.
