Can anyone recommend a gunsmith to convert my HK93 into a HK53?

You should talk to Jayson over at Investment Grade Firearms ( www.investmentgradefirearms.com ). He does some awesome work on HK's, and has a great turn around time.

I spoke with him two days ago and he said he had a 4 month waiting list.  But you can place a deposit to get on the list and he will call you when it is your turn.  That way, you can keep your toys until he is ready for you.  That said, I have also heard he does great work.  I intend to send him my H&K for some work in four months.
