For anyone who doesn't know, Tapco has these M1A mags on sale for $9.99. Here are a few pics for comparison with what I think is a USGI mag.

Yeah, they're your basic USA/Western Mfg M-14 magazines. Functionality is a crapshoot, but I picked up a copuple to use as range mags. Two feed and fuction fine, one is erratic.

One way (ok, two ways) to tell if the mag is USGI is that it'll be parkerized (big surprise, that), and on the back of the mag body about 1/2 inch up from bottom, it'll be LIGHTLY stamped with the makers' code.
