I recently acquired a JRA BM 59.  My question: Has anyone ever tried using an Ultimak Garand forward scope mount on a BM 59?  Does it work?  Other suggestions?

Tim Shuffling builds BM59s.

I believe that the Ultimak will fit on the Ital model without modifications, but not the E/SL.
