The stuff that you rub into Garand and M1A's  rear sight elevation and windage markings
that makes them easy to see.   It's white.
I need my reading glasses to see the numbers and markings.

Can still see the sights and bullseye just fine though.

It's called "Lacquer-Stik".
It's paint in a solid form.
Brownell's sell it.
