What do you think?  I used a matte oil finish on the one with lots of grain and a shinier gloss on the other.  You like?

Refinishing the metal parts is next on my list.  They're very worn down and need some help.

Anyone know a good place that reparks and does so quickly?  About how much should I expect to spend on doing the whole rifle and furniture accessories?

Yeah, I'm well aware of how bad the metal looks.  The action in the redder stock is going to be completely reparked and I'm buying a new butt plate first.  I just had to assemble and snap some "pre completion" shots.  

Thanks for the compliments guys, this thing is better looking in person!

(PS. Nope, not in Texas, I'm in the northeast)
