Looking to make something like this but need someone to machine me a tube to thread onto a ASR mount and accept a end cap on other end.

You'll need to cut sits or drill holes, like this:



Otherwise, it will constitute a silencer.

Any local machine shop, I'm sure DM would do it, I'd volunteer but a bit too busy with current suppressor.
Are you planning to finish/paint it yourself?

How would it be any different than Surefire Warden, Rugged Diverter, or the Wilson Combat above if I didn't cut holes?

Silincerco makes a blast shield. It just won't allow the cap in the end. I have one and their blast shield works great.

I have one as well. Just not a fan of the spikey tooth look. I'd much rather have one similar to the Surefire Warden.

Looks to me like thats the end of the brake you are seeing inside of the end of the blast shield.

You're right, it is and has a gap between the brake and shield. There isn't any way to trap anything to have it do a singe thing for sound suppression.
