Has anyone actually shot both side by side and compared the recoil of both? The typical response is that there isnt enough gas for the comp to really work but has anyone tested that theory with this particular rifle?

I have the fake supressor version of the carbine.   Not sure of the recoil difference, but it sure looks nicer that the skinny ass barrell with comp.  The recoil is so low, I don’t know what help the comp would give you.

We have both in house and there is no noticeable difference between the two.  If you shot both side by side blindfolded I honestly don't think you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
