No such loads exist, because it would have near 380 power in standard 4" barrels
That said, the supersonic crack would be partially offset by the muzzle pressure being so low. I'd bet it would be quieter than a 147 from a 4" barrel |

Looks like 147 gr Federal Hydrashocks might do it. Safer w/ 158 grn, and there's a 150 grn HP that does it, I think. |

Those browning 147 training loads stay subsonic in my AUG barrel, 158gr is the most quiet though. Try the IMI 158 , it's great stuff.

As I recall, the 145gr Silver Bear JHP's by Barnual stayed subsonic in every barrel length I shot them through. ...But don't expect them to expand. I don't know how difficult those are to find these days though.
The 158gr IMI loads are great for staying subsonic, but they are open base bullets, so they'll lead your suppressor if you use them a lot. The Speer, Lawman TMJ's, in my experience, go supersonic in any barrel length beyond about 4" to 5". |

Most of the loads I tested really gained nsignificant velocity going from 7.72 to 16". Still would want to test with 16", but 158gr would be the safest bet..
