I have this same issue, I've haven't got around to contacting SB Tactical to see if it's in spec/normal...

Can't help with the Sig brace, but have a look at the Safety Harbor Firearms offering. Add a Tailhook Mod 1 and you're good to go.
The two I have are rattle free and silky smooth when opening/closing. The quality is undeniable when you see it in person.

I didn't like how the slider moved when I handled it. I went with the factory sig hinge, and used a Shockwave blade kit.

When you get a chance could you possibly post a pic of your setup showing the Showave brace folded? Specifically, showing a view from the top if possible.
The reason I ask is I am considering this same setup on the second MPX I just picked up but have concern the buffer tube contacts the frame when folded.

Many thanks in advance!

I used some brass feeler gauges that I cut to fit inside the holes. Wobble Free. I believe i used .006 or .008.

I didn’t have the brace but I had he stock. Same mounting I guess. I got too tired of the wobble and just switched to to a lage folding stock. Mines an sbr. One of the best things I did for my mpx.

Did not see this till now.

The polymer part of the brace contacts the side of the keymod rail when folded. It does not contact anywhere else. Can post a photo in the next few days.
