Trigger is may be sl. too wide. It may need light fitting.

Does it swing free when disconnected from the trigger bar?

Did you remove any springs from the trigger pack?

Hopefully the trigger bar is not bent.

Only the gen 1 packs had the extra spring to make sure the trigger returned. Most people myself included disconnected that spring and latter packs deleted it entirely from the design so I highly doubt its that. (Unless you aren't talking about the pack with the hammer in it)

I have one in my x95 I've had no issues Op so I don't know what it could be. It's been over a year since I installed it too. Isn't there a spring of some sort that interacts with the trigger itself to push it forward? If I remember correctly it's right under the trigger itself that would be the first thing I'd check that and the gentleman above me suggestion about seeing if it is a figment issue with the polymer around the trigger being too smug and causing drag.

Forgive me if it's a dumb question, but did you lose the trigger spring altogether?

I adjusted the screw in just enough to allow the safety to function, so its not that far in

ok...I reinspected last night and everything on the lightning bow looked kosher....

so I swapped out the super sabra trigger pack with the original (keeping the lightning bow in) and function tested and the trigger reset every damn time

thoughts?

(I emailed geissele....they said check for material interfering with the trigger...its not....waiting on their response today)

The retaining wire was causing too much drag on the trigger pin

Removed it and now it resets.  Nuts

That wire is needed to prevent the trigger pin from walking out. It's not a good idea to leave it out. Make sure it sits in the groove of the trigger pin. If you can't get it to work with the wire properly installed I would call Geissele.
